General Information
- All patio covers come in white.
- All shipments of product is shipped freight collect. If there is any damage to the shipment, it is your responsibility to follow up with the freight carrier although we will assist in any way that we can.
- We can and do assist in setting you up with a local installer if needed
- Provide telephone support when needed for those who wish to install their own patio cover.
Patio Cover Warranty
- 20 year warranty on all painted materials, extrusions or rollformed aluminum components against cracking, blistering, peeling, crazing or loss of paint adhesion.
- Sealed unit skylights have a 2 year warranty against failure of the seal.

Pricing
- Every patio cover is custom made to specifications supplied by our customers. Cost is based on square footage and components. For a free, no obligation quote, proceed to our Quote Form. ( You will need to have the measurements of the patio cover that you intend to install.)
Ordering
- Either e-mail customer service (open 8-4, Tuesday-Friday, Pacific Time) or call our office at 253 833-4343. Before an order is accepted, the measurements need to be confirmed. We do not take an order via the internet without working directly with you to assure the correct measurements.
