Perfectly situated on Block 20 at The Waterfront Vancouver, in Vancouver, WA, the Columbia building boasts seven stories and 248 units. 161 of those units were outfitted with

American Structures and Design (AS&D) standard balconies and 70 units are accented with AS&D Juliet balconies.

 

Both balcony systems used AS&D Flat Top TR200 railings along with cable infill and fascia mount posts, giving secure protection without disrupting the lovely riverside view.
