Redmond Deck with Gazebo | Redmond, WA

Overlooking sprawling acreage in Redmond, WA, a newly renovated patio to deck was accented with 127 lin. ft. of American Structures and Design (AS&D) Flat Top TR200 and Round Top TR100 Railing System. The contractor selected the AS&D surface-mounted railing system as it was perfectly suited to easily install onto the property’s new composite decking. The installer even noted, “the fastening system of the post extrusions worked with simple blocking for adequate structural loads.”

The railing was fitted with traditional picket infill and a Round Top TR100 handrail on the stairs, offering an elegant appearance and additional peace-of-mind safety benefits—particularly where ‘ladder effect’ and mobility were of particular concern. Additionally, the easily installed and grabbable Round Top TR100 stair rail eliminated the need for a separate grabrail to be installed, which proved especially convenient for meeting permit requirements.

Underscoring both the functional and stylistic benefits of AS&D products, the Flat Top TR200 and Round Top TR100 Railing Systems exceeded client expectations and created a timeless backyard living area.
